For those that require value and are not looking for extravagance this place
fits the bill. You can relax in the swimming pool if you wish or you can shop or
dine out at many different venues close by. Located just off the Trans Canada
hwy it was easy to find.

The location is great for all amenities, shopping, restaurants, etc. Staff have
always been helpful with any needs and make every effort to make your stay
comfortable. We do a considerable amount of travelling and found Travelodge
Langley one that will consistently meet our needs.

The staff are rude and unfriendly, the hotel's property is filthy and not
maintained whatsoever, and the rooms are disgusting! There is even profanity
carved into the headboards!

For the price we expected a moldy room with awful customer service. We were
completely surprised at the caliber of customer service and the attention they
us. We had questions about travel routes and the manager and all the staff was
helpful. The room although small was perfect. Every evening, our beds were made
and our towels were clean. Given the opportunity to go back to Vancouver we
would definitely stay there again just for the customer service.. 5 star service
with a 1 star price.....Thanks Travelodge- you made our stay memorable..

On top of that, this hotel is in a safe area. The night before we stayed in the
Lord Stanley hotel in downtown Vancouver. It was almost twice the cost but the
service and attention to detail was no where near as good. Though the area of
Vancouver the Lord Stanley is in is considerable safer than some areas you could
not even leave your car in the double gated underground garage with any degree
of confidence that it would be safe for the night. However we felt the very
opposite at the Travelodge in Langley City. I would definitely recommend this
hotel.

My wife and I were visiting from Ontario and just lucked into finding this
hotel. Being long distance truckers, we travel North America extensively and
have stayed in hotels from terrific to trashy. Without a doubt, this Travelodge
was just about the best value we have ever found. The rooms, although not huge,
had been recently renovated and were extremely clean and well equipped with
fridge, micro, coffee maker and even fluffy towels (unlike some hotels that wash
them until they're only shadows of their former selves). Barry, who greeted us
on arrival, was very friendly and helpful and offered us a rate of $65.00
Canadian! At breakfast, which offered a good selection, the young lady at the
desk was also very friendly when I asked for directions to shop. All in all,
excellent value for the money! (By the way, ample truck parking)

Very satisfied: -check in/out is 24 hr, which is very convenient. -we were very
impressed w/ the fast service: before having our breakfast, told the front desk
that our bath tub was clogged. after coming back from breakfast, discovered that
the issue was fixed, that was like sometime during 30 min! -loved the breakfast:
cereal, toasts, peanut butter and jam, bagels w/ cream cheese, fruit and all
kinds of juice and milk. -the hotel location is really close to the highway if
you need to go to Vancouver. would definitely stay there again! |
