Guest Review of the Happy Day Inn Hotel Mar 29, 2008 I stayed at the Happy Day Inn from March 20 - 27, 2008. I found it decent, very safe, quiet and clean. The price was right - $69/night for the deluxe room which included a small kitchenette and a queen sized bed (didn't use the kitchenette, but it was great to have it as an option). I didn't check out the continental breakfast as it only ran until 10:00am, so I can't comment on that. The staff was very friendly and quite welcoming on my late arrival of 11:30pm. The outdoor parking lot area was also quite safe. Didn't get a chance to check out the exercise area or laundry room. It's a short distance from the Skytrain (a cab cost about $7.00 one way to the station), and I didn't use the bus system. If you're on a budget or just looking for a cheap, clean and safe place to stay, I recommend it. Guest Review of the Happy Day Inn Hotel Feb 24, 2008 Booked it blind at Hotwire because I needed a place to spend a night. It was the cheapest on the list and I got what I paid for. The room was clean, but that's all I can give it credit for. Jan 2008 This Hotel or Motel is a bit away so a car is probably a must, the rooms are very small. I guess for the price it was Ok, not really a place you want to go for your vacation. My room had some very simple kitchen facilities, not really making me very motivated to cook, they give you breakfast in the morning so I did not use what they had there. If you needed just somewhere to put your head down for the night this place would work for you. TOLL FREE 1-866-467-8344 |
