This was our first stay in an Accent Inn and we were very pleased with the experience. We have one in our home city but, of course, had never stayed there although we have friends who have stayed there and they spoke highly of it. The Burnaby Accent Inn was clean, reasonably priced, well located and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The free Internet access was very important as it allowed us to check our e mail. We will definitely be staying at an Accent Inn again.

My wife came with me on a business trip and spent the day at the hotel while I was on my course. Our room came with a hideaway couch and 2 tv's. Each room has a small fridge and microwave. The lobby has great coffee available and local newspaper. The room was quiet and parking access was great. The maids where excellent. There is a restaurant at the hotel but we had dinners at nearby places that where a few blocks away. Those where Swiss Chalet and Earl's. A sandwich shop called Subway is just across the street and is handy for a quick lunch or milk for your morning coffee. Definitely would recommend the small upgrade to the rooms with a couch as we did. The bed is divided with a wall that adds privacy from the window in these rooms.

Another business trip to Burnaby and another great stay at Accent Inns. This trip I decided on getting the JR Suite and it was worth the extra couple $.

This was our first stop on our honeymoon to Canada. We were only in Vancouver for the one night but were pleased that we chose this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. As it was our honeymoon they were very kind and upgraded us to their biggest room - which was more like a small apartment! The hotel is reasonable priced with a convenient outdoor carpark and very easy trip on the skyline to downtown Vancouver. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

We were travelers on a budget like that to do both city and outdoor things, and we chose the Accent Inn Burnaby for its value. We stayed here 4 nights in July .

The hotel is a standard hotel somewhere between like a La Quinta and maybe a Days Inn. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood in Burnaby (a suburb of Vancouver), very close to where the film studios for Vancouver are housed. The rooms were very quiet, roomy, and peaceful, and the beds comfortable. The hotel had wireless internet access available. The staff was friendly. The doors to the rooms open to the outside of the building. The hotel is about 4 floors, and there are elevators available to carry up your bags.

All in all, we would definitely stay here again. We probably saved $400-$800 by saving here, with the only "issue" being that 20 minute ride into town.

Its location in the suburbs of Vancouver is quiet. Room and amenities were comfortable and attractive. Restaurant next door had good food with ample portions and reasonable prices. Close to rapid transit for walkers; better to have a car.

Our overall experience was pleasant. The staff was very kind and helpful to the lost tourist. The location was ideal for our purposes. I will stay there again next time and I will recommend it to friends. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean. Good location to Deer Lake Park and Sky train and easy access to rapid transit

Nice people, nice rooms, good location: close to skytrain and good price for what we get. Delicious breakfast at the nearby adjacent restaurant. It is my third stay there and it is my first choice in the area.

From the minute I made the reservation ,to the minute of checking in, the experience was one of very high caliber. The staff at the hotel could not have been more pleasant and accommodating, I will definitely be going back to this Accent in in Burnaby!
