Convenient, easy access by car - and by SkyTrain, Excellent Value
This place - especially with the shopper's package available online, is an excellent value. It's much closer to Vancouver than other comparably priced properties - the day we drove, we were at key tourist attractions like Granville Island literally within 15 minutes.
And it's a (long) block away from a SkyTrain station - just a few stops away from the SeaBus terminal.
The area felt perfectly safe - and it was fairly quiet, despite the HS soccer team that checked in on the second night.
Unfortunately, the hottub was working only one of the three nights that we were there. And we wouldn't recommend the onsite ABC country restaurant.

Chose this hotel as we needed a handicap room with a stand up shower. There were few that advertised in this way. Booked for 5 nights. Arrived to a beautifully flowered, manicured property. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was recently renovated and spotless. Nightly rate were the best in the area and all in all the stay was great! I would recommend this hotel to everyone! The ABC Restaurant located right on the same property was good and the other restaurants in the area ranged from fine dining to McDonald's - Tim Horton's.

I was hesitant about booking this hotel prior to arriving since it was SOOO much less than others in the area... After reading reviews, I thought I would try it..
IT was the best decision I made. First time in Vancouver, and I was extremely pleased with the hotel.. It was EXTREMELY comfortable... I was pretty surprised by the amount of channels they offerred (more than most hotels in the States); free Wi-Fi... Very clean, Quiet location... The train station was literally a 5-10 minute walk down a very safe street, and the ride to the city was all of 15 minutes total..
If you are looking for the Extras (ie the jacuzzi and exercise room)--this is not the place.. They were both VERY small, but I wasn't there to take part in the "extras", I was just looking for a safe, comfortable stay at a low price close to the city, and this was it.
The staff was excellent, very responsive.... I couldn't have asked for more..

My son and I stayed at the Accent Inn and could not believe the quality of the accommodation for the money! Not only were the furnishings good quality, but the room was extremely clean and attractive! Why spend more somewhere else?
