Was in Vancouver and lucky to be staying at this great little 5 story
boutique hotel in the center of downtown....and Vancouver is such a walk
able city. Took the train from the airport 25 minutes....and only a one
block walk to the hotel. Juan greeted me personally with such a pleasant
voice.....beautiful room on the 4th floor...corner...plush
bed...beautiful bathroom.....I could not ask for anything else....4
blocks away is the other train to the suburbs...plus a short walk to all
the great streets.....at night the area is quiet.....5 stars for this
hotel.

After reading all the reviews on TA we booked for a three night stay
over new year. The Hotel is small but wonderful. Our room was on the
forth floor and ideal for the two of us, not massive, but a lovely and
clean, fantastic bed and great bathroom, we really don't wan't much
more..... but there is. The staff are great, not pushy or overly
intrusive, just polite and helpful. Free WIFI, Great breakfast provided
by polite and 'smilly' people and a great sports bar attached to the
side of the hotel that's easy going and welcoming. Location can't be
faulted for exploring Vancouver and we managed to walk everywhere we
wanted to go thanks to the central location to everything. If your
arriving at Vancouver airport, just jump on the train, it's easy! You
can stay as other 'posh' hotels if you really want, but if your after
somewhere a little bit different and fantastic value for money then I'd
suggest that this is the place for you.... we loved it!

My husband and I had a 1 night stop over in Vancouver. We selected St
Regis and so glad we did. Fantastic value for money with nice clean
modern rooms. Very helpful staff and the incl breakfast was ore than
what we expected. Fantastic downtown location, easy walk to key shopping
areas, Stanley park and gas town. Would also recommend the St Regis bar
and grill, fantastic food with very generous servings

The St Regis is a great place to stay in Vancouver. The hotel is
central, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room rates are good
with international calls thrown in. I will definitely stay there
again...

A masterful renovation of an old building. Certainly a premiere boutique
hotel right in the downtown core. Nice pub, great breakfast and helpful
courteous staff.

This hotel is so good that one has the feeling that the person who
created it was a traveller who really knows what travelers need in a
hotel. Good rates, comfort, free international phone calls (!), free
internet, good breakfast, amazing professional massage, centrally
situated, helpful desk. What more could one wants?
Room Tip: The higher the better if you need less A/C unit noise.

In November 2011 myself and 17 business associates stayed at the St.
Regis while attending the CUPE National Convention. The location,
service and $$$ hit the mark. One of the group is a Celiac and the
gluten free breakfast options and the gluten free options for luncheon
and dinner was a huge plus. The majority of our group were female and
there was a consensus that safety was a bonus at this hotel. The
stairwells are spotless so you don't hesitate on that bit of exercise.
Janet Thomas, Director of Sales and Ryan (front desk) are both amazing
ambassadors for this hotel. While I don't have names for the other staff
the benchmark for service is met. Thanks and all of us will be back!
free internet and long distance...Wow! Again Thanks!

This is an excellent hotel for the price. Nicely renovated, staff were
friendly, helpful and pleasant. Only complaint is that you can hear the
street noise and I am a light sleeper. I needed earplugs, my hubby heard
nothing. The breakfast was a nice surprise, I expected muffins and got a
full breakfast with excellent service as in a 4-5 Star hotel dinning
lounge. Location was the reason we chose this hotel and that it was
newly renovated. The room we had was much smaller than expected though
but it was well organized and the shower was fantastic. I would stay
there again. |
