I had to prepay this hotel for the Olympics - when my husband got
seriously ill and we could not fly - this Hotel would do NOTHING to help
us out - no credit in the future - no attempt to rebook no partial
credit - I would NEVER stay here - wouldn't trust them.

stayed here for a couple nights and had no problems at all, not sure why
everyone is giving it bad reviews. The location is a bit out of the way
(but good if you just need a place for a stopover) but I never felt
uncomfortable or unsafe at any time, even at night when I got back a
couple times past midnight. The parking fee is kind of silly, however
you can park on the street (literally) five feet away and I could still
see my car out the window. The room was nice and clean, it was quiet and
we slept great, and the front desk was great. Let us check in very early

Pick up at the airport was prompt and we got excellent help with our
bags. Room was a bit worn, but clean. Restaurant was good. We used the
complimentary shuttle to and from Vancouver Airport and enjoyed the
complimentary high speed wireless Internet in our room. Beds were
comfortable. Good sound isolation (airport and traffic). Pretty good
location. Good rate. Room was clean People were friendly.

This is a very straight forward hotel and actually offers good value for the
money. I must admit that I actually enjoyed my stay there. The restaurant was
also OK. My room was clean and I had a good bed, rested well.

My flight was cancelled out of Vancouver so I was forced to find accommodations
for the night. I decided to stay at the Coast Hotel close to the airport. The
complimentary shuttle was great and the driver personable. My room was clean and
comfortable with some nice extras for the morning. The staff was very
accommodating and friendly. I will definitely stay there again if I have a
layover in Vancouver.

The Coast Vancouver Airport was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly
and welcoming. The 24 hour shuttle service is a definite asset to the hotel. The
only problem was arranging a roll-away bed. We had requested it both times and
it was never there when we went into the room. Upon checkout the first stay, we
reminded them of the roll-away for our 2nd night that was coming up but again,
they failed to have it prepared. On the plus side, the bed was quickly set up.
Overall, I would stay here again purely for the comfort and 24-hour shuttle
service.

This is a good hotel for under $75. We upgraded to the superior suite for an
extra $10, which I would definitely recommend. The superior suite is extremely
spacious with a living room, pull out sofa bed, roomy bathroom, a kitchenette
and even a big dining table. They charged $8/day (CAD) for parking, which I
wasn't too happy about because all other hotels in the area are not charging for
parking. Our room was super clean, quick and courteous customer service too.
Surprisingly quiet for being right next to the freeway and in the vicinity of
the airport.

The airport service way beyond great. They picked us up shortly after I called
and when I saw that I was missing something I asked for directions and their
reply was I'll take you there. Wow that takes the edge off of getting lost. Also
I wanted to see Vancouver at a low cost so Nicci Best the manager showed me the
way to do that. It was great and I saw alot. Nicci really did a great job and
her crew too!
