We were in and out of this place very quickly (arrived at 10:30pm and
left at 6am) but for what we needed, it was good. The bed was
comfortable, room was quiet and had a strong wi-fi connection, front
desk service was friendly and fast, and the complimentary shuttle runs
every 30 minutes. There's a Whitespot in the same building, but
unfortunately it closed before we got there and opened after we left,
and we didn't see any 24-hour eateries nearby (something to check into
if you'll need that). The washrooms are small and dated but the shower
was good.
The shuttle driver picked us up in quite casual/frumpy pants, but his
friendly attitude and efficiency made up for that! We had a rather
obnoxious passenger with us and he handled it smoothly.

Coming back from Whistler and using this hotel for 1 night to catch an
early flight the next day worked out perfectly. The 24 hour shuttle
service was great, the rooms were clean, comfortable bed and it was
quiet. The service at the front desk was friendly and we had a very nice
meal at the restaurant next door.
We would stay here again if we have to be close to the airport.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The shuttle to/from the airport
was quick and seamless (they arrived promptly and the drive was 5
minutes). The beds were very comfortable with great pillows. Coffee, tea
and newspapers were a nice touch. Two attached restaurants make the stay
convenient. Even though the bathrooms were dated, they were clean. This
stopover hotel exceeded our expectations (based on the very reasonable
price that we paid) - after some long travels, we wanted an easy,
comfortable night's sleep and that's exactly what we got.

staff are friendly and helpful. my stay was quiet and all i expected.
bathtub could use a little work, but this is one of the older hotels in
this chain. nice big pillows & all amenities are functioning. the beds
at coast hotels are the best. the staff were fully aware of my late
check in as i instructed in my email. pick up at airport was at midnight
and again, no problems, just pick up the hotel phone at the airport
foyer & about 15 minutes later, i was on my way. no other passengers, so
they went out of their way to pick me up. very nice when you are
arriving from a long, uncomfortable trip. no problems and got a good
nights sleep which is the main thing isn't it?
Room Tip: an upper floor gives a little road view of the city of
Richmond.

Stayed at this hotel before and after my trip to Jamaica. This hotel is
not easy to get to because of the one way streets. The service is not
that great either. I told the front desk manager that we would be
arriving late on our return flight so don't expect us to check in before
12am. When we got there they didn't even know we were going to show up
as it was about 2am. A computer glitch meant that we had to wait in the
lobby because we had booked for the previous day according to the
computer. At 2am after an 8 hour flight the only thing we wanted to do
was go to bed, but there we waited in the lobby for him to fix the
problem. So we finally got to our room but the maid had not made this
room, as the bed covers were on the floor and there were dirty towels in
the bathroom. We had to go back to the front desk and wait some more for
them to find us a new room. I wouldn't go back.

We stayed at the Coast Vancouver Airport the night before we flew to
Maui and again on return. It is a 5 minute drive away from airport but
free shuttle is fabulous. They run till 2 am if needed! The hotel has a
Whitespot Restaurant attached making it very convenient. Rooms are great
and beds very comfortable. Highly recommend this one.

We flew into Vancouver 1 day ahead of our Alaskan cruise so we didn't
take a chance on missing the cruise so we needed a night in a motel
close to the airport. They had free airport transfer & an very
comfortable room w/ high speed internet, coffee maker, etc. I didn't
want to get out of the bed, it was so comfortable. It was clean and
everyone we dealt w/ on staff was kind and helpful. Look forward to
staying here again.

I chose this hotel because they offer free parking, 7 nights for every
night you stay at the hotel. We stayed there for the night before and
the night after our flights to Mexico and everything was perfect.It's a
bit more expensive than some of the other airport hotels but the parking
makes it well worth it.
You can park your car and take the free shuttle across the bridge to the
airport and when you arrive home again, they pick you up with a quick
phone call. We were dressed in Mexico attire and FREEZING when we
arrived but they came right away.
After two weeks of hard Mexican hotel beds the beds in this hotel were
likely the most comfortable we've ever slept on, heaven!
They also checked our winter coats for free so we didn't have to leave
them in the car or pack them to Mexico.
All around a great place to stay!
