We booked this hotel as a simple place to stay for the next morning's early
flight but were very impressed. Service was friendly and very helpful (even let
us check in early with no extra charge), excellent business services and free
shuttle. Location is not very interesting (not much to do within walking
distance) but perfect for quick and easy access to the airport. Would definitely
stay there again if needing an airport hotel.

My travel agent got me a good price confirmed by the hotel. I checked in without
any issues. Four hours into my stay (around 10pm at night), I was called by
front desk and told that I must present an AAA card to get the quoted rate. I
argued with 2 different people for about 15 minutes to no avail. Disgusted, I
booked a room at a different hotel and prepared to check out in the morning.
When I came to check out, the "supervisor" offered to honor the rate that they
had quoted but at this point, I no longer trusted these scammers. BTW, while the
hotel is close to the airport, it is in a terrible area - the only restaurant
within walking distance (if you dare) appeared to be McD's! Also, the room was
not particularly clean and if the person in the next room used their shower, you
got to hear the noise of rushing water in full glory.

The room: There isn’t much to say about the room. It’s clean, the beds are fine.
That’s it.
Surroundings: It is an airport hotel… so there isn’t very much around it. The
hotel is situated right next to a junction and we had a room very close to it.
You will hear the cars passing when you are in your room. Maybe a room on the
other side is a better idea? I have some doubts about the parking lot. I’m not
very sure about the security of the parking lot. The parking lot is accessible
to everyone, so everyone can get close to your car. On the other side: you are
staying in an large city, so you may expect this kind of parking lots. There is
a small bar and a Whitespot restaurant, so eating and drinking isn’t a problem.
Location: The hotel is closely located by the airport (app. 5 minutes drive).
You can see the hotel from the road… and when you see it (driving from the
airport) you wonder: how on earth can I get there… Even with our GPS system it
was difficult. But with some strange maneuvers en routes we did get there…
Owners/personnel: The persons we spoke were kind and gentle.
Conclusion: I guess it is a real “one night stay” room, it’s clean and you can
get a good breakfast, dinner and a drink. I’m not sure if I will go back there
again. Maybe I will try to find a hotel in a more quiet environment.

We stayed here for 4 nights while we are touring Vancouver. Even though we
booked through Priceline, the check-in clerk asked his supervisor if we can get
upgraded since we are staying more than overnight. The room was in their
renovated wing, quieter, and it has a small fridge, which works out great for
having a cold breakfast in the room. They charge $6 for parking but there are
lots of parking on the street. I was a bit worried about the safety of the car
overnight, but it was fine. Will stay again!

While this hotel is nothing extra-ordinary, it was a nice, clean, modest place
to stay. We booked with hotwire for $89/night, so were very happy with the
price.
I'd suggest asking for a room opposite the traffic side, since it is beside an
overpass/bridge exit and on a main traffic flow.
We found the staff to be attentive and courteous. Shuttle service to the airport
was good, and there is a bus stop steps away from the hotel. You can get
anywhere (UBC, downtown, Stanley Park) within 20-40 min.
