I stayed at the Ramada in Granville in June on my vacation and I had a
wonderful time. The staff were exceptional and the location was great. I
was happy that they were located downtown. I was able to get around
perfectly and the staff gave me great service. When I needed directions
or help with what tour to take. Their advice was spot on. Cant want to
visit Vancouver again.

We spent two nights at this hotel and had nothing but exceptional
service, the Front Desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They
were also very accommodating for our early arrival on the day of check
in.
The room was very clean and decor was very nice. We had all the
amenities we would have hoped for including WIFI. Our room had a great
sitting room, very comfy beds and air conditioning which was ideal!
The location was great for restaurants, night entertainment as well as
shopping and close to Rogers Arena for the concerts we were in town for.
Overall it was exactly what we were looking for in a hotel in Vancouver
and was very affordable compared to other hotels we had looked at. We
would 100% stay again. Thank you!

As we arrived early like 10am. and my booking had been cancelled due to
a credit card issue which I had no control over or no prior knowledge.
we were treated like 2nd class citizens as we tried to pay with CASH.
and even a 250 dollar deposit was frowned on as we tried to pay with
CASH. then we had to wait until 4pm for a room. at 150+ dollar per
night.
if the monies had been extracted from my card and we were not happy with
this hotel, we would have lost our money as other guests had to endure.
and as for the area of this hotel......it has to be the worst down town
area I have ever seen due to the amount of Vagrants and drug related
people, all outside this hotel asking for a cigarette or cash,
the room was actually ok. but staff and cleanliness was dreadful.

The service & advice my family received from the service desk was
exceptional -,the best we've ever seen. The same could be said for the
Morrissey restaurant staff. The desk staff was particularly helpful with
recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. |
