The overall service, accommodation and dining was outstanding. The staff was very
friendly and helpful. We only stayed for two nights, but I plan to go back to Vancouver
and the Metropolitan would be my choice.

Stayed here in September 2011. It's a newer hotel with friendly helpful staff and free wifi. The rooms are extremely comfortable with large bathrooms and comfortable beds. Short stroll to restaurants on Robson St. or dine in their dining room. Would stay here again

The service here was excellent at all times. Everyone we encountered was polite and smiling at all times. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting some decent treatment in Vancouver for a relatively cheap price.

Great location, great service , and a great weekend. Went to Vancouver for a soccer match and can't wait to return next year. Will definitely stay at the Met again. Location gave us many options on things to do. Had breakfast via room service which was delivered promptly and accurately. The Diva lounge was a great place to relax, and while a little pricy, was the first location in town that got my drink right.

The location of the hotel is excellent - we were able to park briefly at the hotel underground carpark while we checked in and then returned our hire car to the airport, arriving back at the hotel by sky train - all very easy. Try to avoid parking at the hotel - it is very expensive and you do not really need a car in Vancouver if you are on holiday.
If you can get a good deal for this hotel, then go for it. I paid a high rate, so did not feel I had good value for money on reflection.
We absolutely loved Vancouver though and hope to be back some time......
