The suite was decorated nicely. The staff was helpful. Only 4 blocks? to the
cruise docks. there is a mall and many restaurants nearby. I would stay here
again.

On a recent trip to Canada my wife and I stayed in 2 Vancouver hotels. Le Soleil
was good but the Wedgewood was excellent. Our room in Le Soleil could have been
a bit larger but everything we needed was there and clean. Service in the hotel
was very good and helpful. The restaurant attached was disappointing
really-trying to offer a fusion menu, but the place lacked atmosphere in our
view

We spent 4 nights at Le Soleil and were very pleased with everything. The first
room we were placed in had a toilet issue which was handled perfectly. They
couldn't have been nicer, and more efficient in taking care of us. As soon as I
notified the front desk of the issue there was a maintenance man at our door in
less than 2 minutes. When it was determined that the issue would need some work,
we were offered a corner king suite, and they moved us in within 10 minutes. We
were extremely impressed by the level of service at this hotel. All of the staff
is attentive, efficient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would not
hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Vancouver.

We stayed for one night on a business trip. We chose the hotel due to it's
location to our client.
Our room consisted of a small entrance lounge area with space for suitcase,
sofa, occasional chair and flat screen TV. You then had the bathroom, amenities
and wardrobe before entering the bedroom (door to close off). This is perfect if
one person wants to watch TV whilst the other sleeps or works.
The bedroom was small, but given the other seating space more than adequate.
There was a desk, cabinet with TV and a very comfortable bed.
The bathroom was well provisioned and the shower was nice and powerful.
I did have an issue with the room but found the hotel staff very approachable
and had a response within a very short time, with the issue resolved to my
satisfaction.
We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and I enjoyed both.
The business center is actually a tiny room on the 3rd floor which has two
computers with internet and printers.

Visit Vancouver quarterly and have stayed at the Le Soleil on many occasions.
The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean,
comfortable and roomy. Depending on what season you are visiting, the cost of a
room could be pricey. The location is great, close to the waterfront, and the
convention center, short walk to shopping and the skytrain station. Truly enjoy
staying at this hotel.
