My husband and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 3 nights in late
August.. Our room on the 28th floor overlooking the harbor was
comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very
nice. The view would have been perfect if a tall apartment building
wasn't being built in front of the hotel. The concierge was very helpful
in booking restaurants, suggesting restaurants and booking tours.

Clean, comfortable, nice pool and fitness room, friendly staff, good
location. Four, not five, because the room keys were a pain and
sometimes did not work, the restaurant was pricey with limited
selection, and there was no airport transportation. We didn't have to
pay, so I can't rate the value.

The Canadian Marriott's are not like other international Marriott's.
Sometimes the sense of excellent customer service The slips, as it did
when we checked in. o valet in sight, bell boys who leave you and the
luggage cart in the middle of the lobby to fend for yourself. I am a
Marriott platinum member, but that did not stop the front desk folks
from bypassing me to assist others, which is NOT what they say they are
going to do. The room was clean and nice, a little small. The room
service over-priced and the concierge lounge closed on Friday
afternoon....probably will not stay here again.

This was my second stay. Room on 22nd floor had fabulous view. Close to
seawall and coal harbour. Easy access to city for business.

This Marriott has much of what it takes to be an excellent or better
property
Many of the staff are outstanding in their customer service attitude,
this is particularly true of the concierge lounge team. Several front
desk personnel made extra effort to attend to our issue but our sense is
that these issues should not have come up in the first place.
After an expensive unsatisfactory room the first night an excellent
front desk staff member moved us to an outstanding but even more
expensive room that provided concierge lounge access.
THE HOTEL DID NOT EVEN OFFER A SHUTTLE TO THE Vancouver Convention
Center just three blocks away!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to
Vancouver. It's in a great location, only 20 minute walk to Stanley Park
and 10 minutes from great shopping.
The service was excellent, I ordered room service for breakfast and they
were right on time every morning.
The rooms are very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. I have
absolutely no complaints with this hotel, my stay was amazing.
