Selected this hotel due to the proximity of the Canada Place Pier and
ratings from past "reviews". What can I say other than they treated you
like royalty from the minute you step into the lobby. Breakfast is not a
Buffet but rather "sit down order from the menu" which we were gladly
surprised with. We had a corner room and had windows on two wall (thus
traffic noise) and our travelling companions had an inner room which was
a bit smaller but "no noise". I must say that for the price, selection
and service you could not go wrong in selecting this hotel and their
services. For the heritage of the hotel, rooms were very accommodating,
bathrooms where very updated and overall appearance was very cared for,
thus extending a warm and inviting stay.

My wife and I are from Ottawa and we needed a convenient place to stay
overnight before boarding a cruise ship. The St. Regis fit the bill to a
tee. The room was cozy and comfortable. We were within walking distance
of the cruise terminal and immediately adjacent a Sky-train station that
connects with the new Canada Line and the Vancouver International
Airport. On top of that, we enjoyed the best steak sandwich in recent
memory at the St. Regis Bar & Grill. Oh, and included in the room price
is a full-course breakfast which was another gastronomical delight.

Lovely hotel; beautiful rooms, friendly staff, excellent food and
service. I'll recommend the St. Regis to friends coming to Vancouver for
sure.

Arranged for a group to stay here after spending a week at another
downtown hotel in Vancouver back in April. Last hotel was also great,
but add on costs were terrible. The St Regis is smaller, quaint,
personable, pays close attention to customer needs and wants, great
location. AND, the FULL breakfast included in the room was the best
ever. I'll stay here again either as an individual or with another
group!!!
