Guest Review of the Park Inn and Suites Radisson Vancouver Broadway

Park Inn and Suites was just right for me. Just one block to the VGH to
visit a sick friend, all kinds of places to eat in the area, Tim
Horton's and Wendy's across the street, a great little sushi/Japanese
eatery 1/2 a block down very inexpensive,
The room was clean and well kept, Globe and Mail every morning, small
balcony, 100% non smoking but there are places for smoking for those,
like myself, who indulge.
The front desk staff was very accommodating and there were fresh apples
to help yourself too. The street noise for those who it bothers can be
loud, I just roll over and go back to sleep, rooms without the view
might be quieter but the view is fantastic.
There is a club next door which I didn't hear a thing from.
Easy to get to and from the airport, downtown, Chinatown, Granville
Island, Stanley Park if you have a car, for which there is parking (at a
nominal charge, not unlike most city hotels now a days) or if you prefer
to take the bus it is at the front door.

This hotel was exactly what we needed for our stay in Vancouver. It
isn't in the 'high-rise' part of town, but offers the best view of the
city. It was close enough to UBC to make the trip to and from the campus
tour short and hassle free. There are plenty of great dining options
right on Broadway, and a lovely waterfront park just a short walk from
the hotel. The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful, and the rooms
were nothing too fancy, but they were comfortable. The street is a
little noisy at times because of the street cars, but it is well worth
the location, view, and stay. I will definitely be staying here next
time I visit Vancouver.

The location is good but, customers should be aware of the deposit on
your credit card or debit card...The hotel will put a hold on your card
200% of what is supposed to be charged of your entire stay in their
hotel!!! They did it to me, they will do it to you too! We stayed 2
days, paid $365.32 but the hold that they put on my debit/atm card was
$600+++ which has compromised some pre-scheduled payments back home. So
be alert, change your charge card to a card that has more money in it,
ask the front desk clerk how much money they held as deposit, otherwise,
when you get back home, you will be surprise on charges on your card!!!!

Had a lovely stay here. No problems that I can think of. I chose it due
to location downtown and the stay didn't disappoint. nice clean room, no
noise despite being downtown, and had a spectacular view of the city.
Will stay here again

Went to Vancouver on a quick shopping & sight-seeing trip. At check-in
they seemed to be switching their computer system, so they were unable
to issue me a room key. Housekeeping met me at the room to let me in. It
was all sorted out later in the afternoon. Hotel is just a few blocks
from the Broadway/City Hall stop on the Canada Line, so easy access to
Amtrak & downtown proper. 4th floor room had a beautiful view of
downtown and ski areas beyond. Traffic noise did not bother as I slept
like a baby. There are numerous restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I
did not try the hotel's restaurant. Ask for an 'upgrade' to a higher
floor for best views of downtown skyline.
