We stayed here while having tests done at St. Paul's hospital, which is
located right next to the hotel.
I was very impressed with how friendly, helpful, and professional the
hotel is. We needed to add a second room for the last night of a 4 day
stay and the front desk people arranged side by side rooms to
accommodate us. The food was excellent at every meal and the rooms,
while slightly in need of updating, were clean, quiet, and very
comfortable. We'll be back!

While frequently in Vancouver, and have enjoyed many great hotels there,
I had somehow forgotten what a great location the Century Plaza
enjoys-so easy to get to everything downtown. The upgrades to all areas
of the property in recent years are fabulous, and only topped by the
excellence of the staff. Every member of this hotel staff seemed to be
only concerned with making my stay awesome.. and it was. The lounge had
a great selection to choose from, the restaurant food and service was
excellent. An value for money... hard to beat!

This hotel is perfectly located and the staff is very helpful in
planning excursions and getting around town. The front desk staff went
out of their way to assist in transportation/tour preparation which
allowed us to get the most out of our very short stay in Vancouver.
Would recommend this hotel!

The Century Plaza Hotel is right next door to St Paul's Hospital in
downtown Vancouver. As we live on the Sunshine Coast, a ferry ride away
from the city, we stayed in the Century Plaza Hotel post surgery until
it was safe to go home and I could manage to trip. This hotel offers
special rates for post hospital stays or families needing to be close to
loved ones in hospital. The room was huge. It was very comfortable and
clean, with a full kitchen, table and chairs and sofa as well as two
queen beds. The staff were helpful in every way, never failing to ask
how I was doing. Great coffee shop on the main level. Spectacular city,
mountain or ocean views from any almost any room.
