The rooms are tiny, have a very sour smell due to the leather wall paper
that the interior decorator convinced someone to buy, and the lighting
in the room was horribly controlled by a master switch that controlled
everything by shutting off the ability to use any lights in the bathroom
at night in trade for not having the obnoxious fluorescent lighting at
the side of the bed on as there was no way to turn off the wall lamps at
either side of the bed without cutting any and all power to every light
in the room. Who designs a lighting system like that- really?
I don't honestly know if I have ever spent so much for so little on a
hotel when traveling. Vancouver is way to cool of a city to blow it on a
place like this!

I've stayed there numerous times in the last few months and found the
staff exceptional, the hotel spotless and the included breakfast an
unexpected treat. i will continue to make the St Regis my default hotel
when in Vancouver.

Perfect location, wonderful staff, great room. This small hotel couldn't
have been better.
We arrived in Vancouver a day ahead of schedule. I called and asked if
the hotel could take us
without us having to move rooms twice. Not only did the St. Regis not
have us move twice but they upgraded us to a beautiful suite. The
reception desk was helpful with restaurant suggestions, where to go and
what to see. Our Vancouver adventure was outstanding thanks to this
little hotel.

Newly refurbished rooms, secure access, free internet and really helpful
staff. We stayed for one night before visiting friends in the US and
Vancouver Island and the hotel put what would have been our "checked in"
luggage into safe storage for us until our return a week later. The
staff were extremely helpful on both occasions (the second was for 3
nights), the breakfasts were good and the adjoining bar/bistro was good
for evening meals. We'd definitely book into this hotel again if we
visit Vancouver.

We loved the Stay in the St. Regis Hotel. The Staff was very friendly
and obliging. It has a complimentary Internet Access and international
phone calls are for free. The Sleeping Room and the bathroom were very
clean and big enough. The Breakfast was served and we could choose
between 3 breakfast menus. The hotel is in Vancouver Downtown and you
can reach many tourist features by a short walk (Lookout Tower,
Skytrain, Gastown, Harbour, Chinatown, Robson Street, Stanley Park...).
The Hotel offers a parking possibility for 25CAD per night, but there
are also several car parks next to the hotel which are cheaper (www.easypark.ca).
