This was a great hotel for a brief stop. Airport shuttle was prompt-room
was very clean-staff was friendly and helpful-restrauant was very
good.We were on our way to a cruise and had a nice cab ride to the pier.

hotel is situated near the airport on 10mins drive. but its very far
away from the city and u don't get any basic necessity item also near
by. overall hotel is very clean and neat and pricing wise is also
reasonable. it can be good place to stay when u are in transit like us
as we landed in Vancouver and we went to Seattle next morning. staff of
the hotel is very co-op. especially the Indian guy who works on the
reception. you don't get Indian food nearby u need to take a 30 to 40
mins bus drive from hotel to reach the Indian restaurants.

i'm your customer every year, from your invoice number 95263 date
7/16/2011 I was in your hotel, all perfect !
but when I back 9/7/2011 I had bad surprise , because I read 2 costs
absolutely unexpected. invoice n. 98545
I choices your hotel because of famous and serious company, and perfect
location for rent car in Enterprise very close.
when I arrived ,your employee give me ,for sign the ticket for parking
car, that I thought was free (included in room price), because i had to
return the car, after few minutes.
and read 9.68 cad plus taxes.
furthermore, i read another cost for movies, absolutely no true, i
watched channel 40 tv, (i remember the programs "flashpoint" and
"mentalist") i had not authorized the movie and I read 16.99 cad plus
taxes!!
at last i paid 29,87 dollars for nothing.
i thank for assistance the employees in many cases , really kinds and
professionals, and I could not less the shuttle for airport , for this
dispute, but in this case ther are 2 wrongs,
i hope next time in your hotel ,to have bonus for repayment

This is a no frills, clean, decent hotel near the airport. The shuttle
runs 24 hours. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean
and comfortable. This is not where you would book your honeymoon but
they don't advertise themselves as such. For a quick commute to the
airport it is excellent. The surrounding neighborhood is industrial but
safe. I stayed there overnight with my 1 year-old son and they set up a
crib in the room for us. We arrived at 1:30am and the manager at the
front desk was extremely helpful. I highly recommend it.

We stayed here Aug. 13-16th as it was close to Holy Family Hospital
where we were visiting family. We stayed in room 339 which is a Superior
King Room. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel so it made
getting to the hospital very convenient and it is also close to The
Canada Link which we also took to go downtown and to a shopping centre.
The hotel is very clean and we had no issues with anything. There is a
White Spot restaurant attached to the hotel and there is also a pub next
door. The front desk staff was very helpful teaching us about the bus
system (normally we would rent a car but decided not to). There is not
much else around the hotel to entertain you though, so it is really a
great place for only 1-2 nights, but I wouldn't think long term. On that
note, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
