Just returned from an incredible stay at the Rosewood Hotel
Georgia. Can't say enough about the service. We stayed for 3
nights (got the three for two deal) following my husbands
surgery. Every step of the way, they went out of their way to
accommodate our needs. Those little things like remembering our
names as we stepped off the elevator and greeting us with a
smile. Any question or request we had they were more than
helpful to accommodate. The room service was quick and
professional- food was delicious. Every member of their staff
treated us as if they were there for us. The bed was very
comfortable and evening turn down service with cookies, ice and
bottled water was an added bonus. The hotel is in the heart of
the city with Pacific Centre Mall right across the street. If
you like to be pampered- this is the place.

A perfect hotel... 3 nights (for the price of 2,so an absolute
bargain)
Hits -, huge comfortable beds with lovely sheets ,Jimmy the
Bentley driver, lovely pool with excellent gym, biscuits at
bedtime, fabulous artwork in the foyer

Perfect on all accounts. We spent 4 nights at the Hotel Georgia
in November 2011, and would recommend the hotel to anyone and
everyone. Hotel is essentially brand new after a 4 year
renovation. No expense was spared. Rooms are fantastic. And the
bathrooms even better. Luxury everywhere. Hotel staff was some
of the most helpful I have ever encountered. Imagine being
driven to your evening dinner in the hotel's own Bentley! Hotel
restaurant one of the best in the city too. Spa is great.
Exercise facility top notch. Indoor Pool amazing! Perfect
location for seeing Vancouver. 5 Star rating is not high enough!

I felt completely spoiled right from the start of my stay,
through to the end. James was supremely attentive, showing me
the lobby details while I waited at the check in counter,
arranging for the hotel's Bentley to take me to my important
interview the next day, and then showing me the details of my
room. The room was beautiful, the heated bathroom floor, closets
that lit up from within on opening, and the Nespresso machine
were real treats. I had a small glitch with my TV turning on in
the middle of the night waking me up, when I mentioned it to the
staff they suspected a snag with the technology settings in the
room and were going to look into it upon my departure. I'm
confident they'd ensure it doesn't happen to future guests but
in addition, it would have been nice if they'd just said they
were sorry for my disrupted sleep just to show they cared. But
truly, besides that, it was my best ever hotel experience with
the service being the best I've ever had. A big thank you to
James for making my stay such a delight.

Fantastic Hotel, great gym and excellent staff who made us feel
like one of the family. Especially concierge Matthew - bail him
up for great dining suggestions.

Hotel Georgia is the standard by which I will judge all hotels.
From the staff to the exquisite refurb, everything was amazing.
If you are on the fence about where to stay, bite the
bullet.....you'll thank me later.

This is a beautiful hotel exuding a charming and elegant
old-world quality. The rooms are beautiful and just as depicted
from the photos on the website. The service is outstanding -
everyone we interacted with, from the bellhop to the the fitness
centre staff were friendly and professional. The bartender
(Derek) at the hotel lounge was attentive and friendly and
clearly knows his mixology! They knew we were celebration a
birthday and the manager had a beautiful chocolate cake sent up
for us - a lovely gesture on behalf of the hotel.
My only complaint would be about the limited range and choice of
the room service menu, and the moderate quality of the food (too
salty and arrived lukewarm). For in-room dining at an
establishment like this, I would have expected nothing short of
superior. Nevertheless, we would definitely stay here again.

We booked two adjoining rooms: wonderfully well appointed,
generously stocked. All hotel staff fantastic. Room service
prompt, courteous and caring. Bar staff very attentive.
Excellent French Martinis!
Service in restaurant somewhat tentative and food mediocre.
However, on the whole, this small glitch was offset by a team of
pro hoteliers who know how to treat their guests without missing
a beat.
