Absolutely convenient location, Just blocks away from water and the
financial district. Fabulous staff I should say from the front desk to
the house keeping to the in room dining. Ver helpful and accommodating.
Rooms itself were very clean, bright and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay
here.

This Hyatt was not the best Hyatt. The rooms were not necessary
spacious, but livable. Windows won't open. Cool features, like rain
shower and large fitness facility. Location extremely enter, next to sky
train and the cruise terminal. Expected a little bit more for $350/
night.

Had a great time staying here - it is well located for being downtown
and right beside the Burrard station. That makes it absolutely easy to
get around most of Vancouver.
The staff were wonderful and very accommodating!! Look forward to
staying again sometime as the room was very spacious with a balcony!

The hotel is a beautiful property, the staff is helpful but the main
reason I would probably stay there again is the great location. It was
an easy walk to the museum, shopping and restaurants. I really liked the
bar but the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was a bit pricey. The one
aggravation was the charge for internet access. It amazes me that you
get free internet access with Super 8 motels and have to pay a fee at
the higher end hotels.

I spent five days at this hotel back in late May/early June for a
conference. Location wise, it is about 3 blocks to the Convention Center
and is really in the heart of downtown Vancouver so very easy to walk
everywhere. Hotel is also connected to a small shopping arcade
underground and right next to the subway station/bus stop so very
convenient. The exterior of hotel looks a bit outdated compared to many
new hotels in the area but the interior is definitely nice and does live
up to Hyatt's reputation.
I was given a corner room with a pull-out sofa bed when first check-in:
this is definitely not a good option as the bed is so uncomfortable so I
immediately requested a change. Fortunately I did this right away as the
hotel was totally sold out the next few days due to the same large
conference I was attending. The new room, while it was at the lower
floor, was roomy and comfortably furnished with two wonderful twin beds,
LCD tv, nice work desk, mini bar and a great bathroom. Room decor was
also tastefully done. Did not eat breakfast in the hotel as it is
expensive but Internet was included in the special rate ($155) I
received (would cost $15 per day otherwise) so it still turned out to be
a great deal.
Service at the hotel was also good: all staff was well trained and very
helpful. Overall I had a good experience and would not hesitate to come
back, if I can get the special rate again. No reservation to recommend
to fellow travelers, especially if you are in town for convention
business.
