This is a fine hotel, but not in the same category as the other half dozen or so four seasons that we have enjoyed. The staff were helpful, but did not possess the over-the-top service oriented approach that we have found so amazing at other Four Seasons hotels. It is not particularly kid friendly either. Probably best for a business traveler. We had room service delays and order snaffu's as well as conflicting information delivered from different staff. We were offered a free night after our stay due to the issues we encountered, but there are just so many great hotels in Vancouver (3 great Fairmont's and a Pan Pacific), and time is so precious, that I doubt we will ever stay here again.

My hubby and I decided we wanted to get away from it all, and take a staycation in our own town. SO, after tweeting, and getting facebook recommendations from friends, we picked the Four Seasons. The hotel even tweeted me and asked if they could do anything for us! Wow! That is service! Perfect downtown location, all of the little details were taken care of and we felt pampered. Our beautiful room was clean, comfortable and we had a great sleep in the most comfy king size bed! We loved our view of the city as well. If you love to shop, well then I suggest you stay here. The Pacific Centre mall is right beside the hotel, with a door direct from the hotel to the mall! You are also super close to Robson Street shopping. A great place to stay whether you live in the city, or you are travelling from somewhere else. I highly recommend!

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. It's in the heart of the city, only one short stop from Rogers Arena. Made the trip to see the concert with the kids very easy & enjoyable. Thank you again for such a fabulous experience. The cookies with thier names on them were a memorable touch!

I stayed here for for a few nights and had a great experience. Typical Four Seasons experience. Very personal touch. Nice clean comfortable rooms. Only observation is that the restaurant should open sooner. Many guests arrive and are still on eastern time and it would be nice to get breakfast before 7am (10 eastern). Fairmont down the street understands this and is open for breakfast earlier.

Great location, and attentive service; they show they care about you. You are at the heart of Vancouver, 2-5 min away from shopping, 5 min walk to the ocean, 20 min walk to Stanley Park. Visit the Art Gallery for lunch or dinner (a great place just 2 blocks away).
We book an airfare/hotel package through Expedia and saved a lot.
