Greenacres is under new ownership!
Now owned and operated by Shaughnessy Golf and Country Club, one of the most
prestigious private golf clubs in Canada. Shaughnessy lends its expertise in
providing guests with a first class golfing experience, continuing on with the
reputation for quality and excellence that Greenacres has established over the
past 44 years.
Greenacres has something for everyone! The beautiful 6,022 yard course, boasting
fabulous views of the north shore mountains, is immaculately maintained, lined
with lush trees and beautiful flower beds, and with just enough water hazards
and elevated greens to give everyone’s game a good test. Our newly renovated
lounge is a great place to gather with friends and watch the game or meet for
lunch. Our banquet and tournament facilities are superb, with experienced staff
available to help meet your every need.
The course has matured in many ways since its opening in 1964. In the 44 years
of operation, we have earned the reputation for quality and excellence that no
public golf course can match. We have welcomed thousands of tournaments of all
sizes and challenged very close to two million golfers to our beautiful tree
lined, immaculate fairways and greens. The course is 6022 yards long and boasts
beautiful flower beds and nine water hazards to challenge the golfers. Our
superb attention to banquet details and quality of food is well known in the
