We have stayed here several times over the years as we have family in the area and have found this hotel to be consistent in it's service and room and hotel standards. It has a very nice ambience with the tropical theme and the kids have always loved the pool. Good location, close to everything in the Coquitlam area.
Both Restaurants on site sre good. Very busy area, but inside the hotel is like a little oasis, not on a grand level but enjoyable just the same.

I stayed here for 2 nights in mid July. For weekday Gov't rate I paid $119 a night and it was well worth it. There are both motel style exit to the exterior or interior access rooms.

Their rooms were renovated recently with comfy beds and good linens. They suffer from the recent hotel phenomenon of thick plush pillows that are painful to sleep on.

Our room had a fridge and 27" TV. The showers had dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The separate sink / vanity outside the bathroom was also handy.

There was an indoor heated pool that we didn't use, but looked ok.

There were several places to eat near by. I would stay here again without question.

I've selected this hotel for one night stop on the way from Alberta to Vancouver airport. All hotels around the airport were very pricey so I opted to stay 20 minutes away from YVR.
Arrived at this hotel afternoon and found out that I was upgraded to Roman Theme room. What a treat. My room was located on the second floor. When I entered my room I was speechless.
It turned out that I was given honeymoon suite :) My bed had pillars, mirrors on the sealing, very clean bathroom and Jacuzzi:)
I am the type of person that would never go into Jacuzzi or hot tub in a hotel, but this one was VERY clean. When I'm saying clean I mean clean.
I went across the street to the liquor store to pick up couple of beers, and then I enjoyed them in my Jacuzzi watching TV and relaxing overall. In the evening I joined my coworkers in the hotel restaurant for dinner. Fabulous restaurant staff, great food and very nice atmosphere. I really enjoyed my dinner.
I had to print 20 pages document for next day. I went to the lobby and friendly receptionist told me to go ahead and print my document. My print job was free, they didn't charged me at all, which I thought that it was nice gesture. Before I went to bed, I jumped one more time to Jacuzzi. Wake up call was on time, check out very speedy. Each year I spend around 70 to 80 nights in different hotels, and I can tell you that this room and hotel's staff hospitality is in my top 3. I recommend this hotel to business and leisure travelers.
