our room was cold and beside the elevator. Hotel beside highway so very loud and
could hear train horns all night.

Quite adequate - certainly not luxurious, but price was right, hotel was clean,
bathrooms clean, no bed bugs, and adequate breakfast with choice of 3 cereals,
juice, tea, coffee, milk, 2 types of toast, wrapped muffins and pastries, boiled
eggs, waffles and syrup. We opted for room at back - no view, but quieter than
on main road should imagine. We visited family close by. Entrance to freeway a
bit tight but we managed and would stay here again; as I said price was right
and the facility clean but not luxurious if that is what you are wanting. There
was a microwave, fridge and coffee machine in the room plus TV. Parking space
was plenty. Wireless connection for computer in room and in lobby was not good.
Staff were friendly enough. We stayed towards beginning of January 2012, so not
many guests.

Stayed for the nite and had no problem checking in. It was quiet and all was
fine until we got to the car... Someone puked near the car an around the place
so it was a minefield of puke, then when leaving there is a club next door... so
make sure your vehicles are locked up just in case. but we noticed there was
cameras to make it feel safer...

We have stayed at this hotel often and each time has been a good experience. The
location is easy to find and shopping is easy to get to, either by Skytrain or
automobile. The Staff is friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast adds
a pleasant touch.

We've stopped at the Best Western Chelsea Inn several times on our way to the
island. It is conveniently located and easy to find coming into the Greater
Vancouver area (Coquitlam). The staff are warm and welcoming, always more than
happy to accommodate our needs and requests. Beds are so comfy, and in the
morning, after a great night's sleep, the breakfast is tasty and hot. We'll
definitely be staying there again (and again.) It's always great to be in a
place where there are no "surprises."
Room Tip: We like to stay in the kitchenettes and cook our own healthier
dinners.

Just wanted to take the time to thank the staff all around at the Inn. We have
stayed here several times over the years with my kids playing hockey in the area
and now just as we come down to visit,
It is so easy to access and with the sky train a easy walk away you couldn't ask
for a better location.
The rooms are clean and the bed is exceptionally comfortable, love the bed
spread!
The continental breakfast is beyond that...lots of options and good quality.
Once again the staff is very friendly and always accommodating.
Room Tip: we choose just with the 1 queen bed and their was lots of room |
