Hotel Reviews of the Best Western Plus Coquitlam Inn

Aug. 11 2011 our daughter had a very serious vehicle accident and was
airlifted to the Royal Columbian Hospital. Being from Alberta and not
knowing for how long, our family needed a place to stay. We enquired at
the Coquitlam Inn where they had a very quiet ,nice 2 bedroom suit with
everything we needed. The only thing I can say negatively about this
unit was that the bathroom was extremely small, but we managed. The pool
was great for our other 3 kids and the staff were very friendly and the
housekeeping ladies asked daily how our daughter was and were very
caring. The manager, Diane, was extremely accommodating and showed much
kindness to us all. A nice card and gift enclosed came to our daughter
after we had been transferred to Alberta to rehab. We would recommend
this Best Western to anyone! They treated us very kindly and we want to
thank you all at the Best western for our comfortable stay. We lived at
the suite from Aug20 to Dec. 10th and had no complaints.

Have stayed at this hotel many times and it is one of the best hotels we
have stayed at. The staff is friendly, the rooms are lovely and most
comfortable. The beds and pillows are wonderful. The linens are so
bright and white. The housekeeping is unbeatable. Close to transit and
shopping. The gardens and pool and hot tub are very clean. It is so nice
to sit around the pool with the surrounding gardens, All the staff are
great. Rooms overlooking the pool and gardens are nice and if u want
luxury the suites are wonderful. i believe it is 226 for the suite.
There is also another suite on the lower level that is nice. They have a
few Theme rooms also.

Comfortable, clean and friendly, has everything I need to feel at home
being miles away. They have everything from just the essentials all the
way to the deluxe room with spa.

We stay here as we had lived in the area for a number of years and it
feels like home. The rooms are spacious and clean. They will upgrade you
as well .It is close to the malls and transit. The front desk staff are
awesome and will help you in anyway they can. The housekeeping will tend
to anything else you may need. Everyone is just so friendly it makes you
want to keep coming back.

I stay at this hotel several times a month on a regular basis. I
appreciate that I am always remembered and that I have a preference of
room type. When possible I am always upgraded. Even when I don't ask, my
favorite items are always added to the room( like a microwave). As a
female traveler I appreciate that I always feel safe at this location.
The rooms are of excellent quality and have all been recently upgraded.
I am rather picky about cleanliness and the rooms are always spot on.
The staff is very gracious. I also use this location for all of our out
of town staff to stay at. The value is excellent and they provide a
great corporate rate. This is truly one of my favorites!
