I had a great few nights staying at the Chelsea Inn, I was there with my volleyball team and the management and staff could not have been more hospitable. Thank you for making our stay carefree!

I have never been taken care of better than I was when our Team stayed at the Best Western Plus Chelsea Inn. Management and Staff were AMAZING! There were extremely welcoming and absolutely GREAT!
I would be happy to recommend this hotel to ANYONE looking for a clean place that is run by people that care about you and not just your money.

Having stayed in a few Best Westerns , our most satisfactory experience to date is this Best Western in Coquitlam BC. It is a very clean Hotel, VERY friendly staff and marvelous beds. This was the best sleep we have ever had. The General Manager, Mr Masood Osmani, informed us that the beds are all brand new. Mr Osmani was very up beat, friendly and personable. We plan to stay there again next month.

our room was cold and beside the elevator. Hotel beside highway so very loud and could hear train horns all night.

Quite adequate - certainly not luxurious, but price was right, hotel was clean, bathrooms clean, no bed bugs, and adequate breakfast with choice of 3 cereals, juice, tea, coffee, milk, 2 types of toast, wrapped muffins and pastries, boiled eggs, waffles and syrup. We opted for room at back - no view, but quieter than on main road should imagine. We visited family close by. Entrance to freeway a bit tight but we managed and would stay here again; as I said price was right and the facility clean but not luxurious if that is what you are wanting. There was a microwave, fridge and coffee machine in the room plus TV. Parking space was plenty. Wireless connection for computer in room and in lobby was not good. Staff were friendly enough. We stayed towards beginning of January 2012, so not many guests.
