My first impression wasn't good for this hotel, I found the front desk
staff not overly friendly and wasn't offered any information about the
hotel (although this did vary during my 2 night stay). Upon inquiring
about the shuttle to the mall, I was left with the impression that I
could get a ride if the shuttle driver happened to be available. ..... Guest

We found the hotel quite nice over all including the staff, lobby &
rooms. It was clean and well presented, kids enjoyed the pool. Long way
from central Vancouver but convenient to malls& shopping. ..... Guest
