Guest Review of the Best Western Plus Kings Inn Burnaby

I recently had the pleasure of Staying at this establishment. I found the
customer service to be extremely helpful and courteous. I have stayed at other
Hotels, Inn, Motels, etc in Vancouver and area. I found the friendliness and
helpful of the staff to be far superior to the other places such a Sheraton Wall
Center, Days Inn, Ramada, etc.
I travel for pleasure and business in the lower mainland on a regular basis and
would recommend the Best Western Plus Kings Inn Burnaby Hotel to be the best and
would recommend to anyone who wants to experience Superior Service with a smile
to stay at this establishment,.

I stayed here for two nights while in town for a specialist veterinarian
appointment. The hotel was everything I could hope for. The room was fairly
spacious and beautifully clean. All staff that I spoke with were very friendly.
They are also very dog friendly, providing a care pack with treats and a bag
dispenser.
The free breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary but the quality was good and
the staff super friendly.

We stayed at this Hotel for 9 days as we were shifting to Burnaby. The Hotel has
an excellent location & is at a walkable distance to Metrotown (One of the main
shopping & entertainment hubs not only in Burnaby but whole of BC). It also is
5-7 mins. walk away to the Sky-train station that connects with downtown
Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey & North & West Vancouver.
The Hotel gave us a good room & it has free WI-Fi & Breakfast (A big positive).
The Room had all amenities but felt small at times since we have a small kid
that was sharing our room.
Overall a good experience & the staff was quite courteous & helpful.
Room Tip: Take a North facing room to get a good view of the mountains !

The hotel has Good Service. Overall better Environment and cleanness. The more
important thing is good location. and most important thing is best price with
all of these. I use Best Westerns occasionally and generally found them good.
However, my stay was great from the friendly greeting on late night entry to an
excellent room with all the basic amenities. Breakfast was standard help
yourself continental and the internet worked fine. Good value and clean.

I had meetings to attend, and opted to stay nearby instead of having a long
commute. I was more than happy with this hotel. My room was very clean, the
bedding superior, and the outside noise much less than expected given the busy
street location. The breakfast was adequate. My only 'complaint' had more to do
with the Hotel Chain's policies. I used gift cards, and the process for doing so
continues to be very slow and awkward. Credit goes to this hotels staff for
their patience. |
