Review of the Accent Inn Burnaby

The room we stayed in was average and smelled the day that we arrived.
However, the service we received was amazing. The front desk staff were
great and informative and more than willing to work. The location was
great, it was accessible to most parts of the mainland Vancouver that we
needed to go to. It was a great alternative to staying in Vancouver
while visiting the mainland.

We stayed here while in town for a group activity involving individuals
from western Canada and the western US. The site was selected by our
organizers, but we were free to stay anywhere we wanted.
The motel itself is excellent! The beds were firm without being slabs of
granite, shower heads are high enough for tall people to use, all
expected amenities are in the room (further comment below). The meeting
room we used was average -- I don't know if hotels purposely try to get
uncomfortable chairs, but these were no worse than normal. We didn't
have any problems worth reporting during our stay, but I fully believe
they will promptly act on the ones we reported at checkout
To sum up, I recommend this inn to anyone that doesn't have a specific
need to be elsewhere.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful during our stay. Our room was
spacious, clean and very comfortable. We were here for 7 nights and felt
like we were at home. We will definitely be back next time we are
visiting family in Vancouver.
