Polar Bear Swim on New Year’s Day and the
spectacular Celebration
of Light Fireworks
competition each July/August. English Bay is the focal point of the show you're right in front of the fireworks barge
and the loudspeakers for the music simulcast are right
behind you. Plan to set out a blanket by 7:00 pm if you
want to watch from English Bay. Each summer the
Vancouver Pride Parade and
Festival is held on English Bay Beach |
