The building's nautically inspired architecture is artfully settled into the
shoreline and sports a greensward rooftop complete with children's playground,
pathways and waterfront lookouts. Featured services and programs include a
gymnasium, dance studio and four multi-purpose rooms, all well-utilized by the
growing Coal Harbour neighbourhood. A wide range of recreational programs are
offered here for preschoolers to seniors.
