Our company recently hosted a 3 day meeting at the Ramada Conference Center for
about 120 attendees. The banquet and catering staff were extremely helpful and
friendly from the pre-planning phase to the execution of our event details. The
meeting rooms are very attractive and more than met our needs. We had several
last minute changes and they were always met with a smile and were quickly
accommodated. The food was great and the service was even better! Overall I was
very impressed with Conference Center and would highly recommend it.
Room Tip: Based on feedback from our guests, the rooms on the 4th floor are
worth the extra money as they have been recently refurbished.

Very much all of the above. The staff were all excellent, and SO helpful with
any of our questions or requests. We will most definitely stay at this hotel
again.

Found this hotel at the last minute on our return trip home. Conveniently right
off Hwy 1 and booked through here in about 1/2 hour total time from booking to
arriving at the front desk. Service pleasant, no continental breakfast included
which was disappointing, nice room but no bar frig. We'd been traveling for 3
weeks and found the Ramadas to be comfortable, friendly and provided most
amenities that we needed. We like Ramadas for their consistency. Because this is
right off the highway, we ask for and received a quiet room St the back. The
Plaza is attached to a White Spot restaurant and in the winter you can get from
the hotel to the restaurant without putting a coat on or getting into your car
to drive too. Gas, convenience stored, Tim Horton's coffee shop....all in the
neighborhood. Only a short distance to many shops, restaurants and stores in
South Abbotsford. Would stay here again! Good value for the money!

We stayed at the Ramada for 2 nights while attending my niece's wedding. The
hotel was very nice..... pool and hot tub were delightful (in 2 days i used them
4 times) The only complaint i would have was that we were in a room on the 2nd
floor right next to the ice machine and the elevator. It was very hard to fall
asleep - the ice machine would make noises every 30 seconds but once asleep i
slept great........ until waking up at 7:15 to the sound of the vacume....
grrrrr I complained to the front desk staff and I think she must have mentioned
it to the housekeeping manager because it didn't happen the next day. thank
goodness that Tim Horton is about a block away or i would have been quite cranky
lol. I found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly.
We went to the White Spot for breakfast both mornings and I really didn't enjoy
either meal. I frequent a White Spot for breakfast in Nanaimo and I am familiar
with their food.
I would go to this hotel again but would ask for a room farther away from the
ice machine and elevator

We stayed at the Ramada Hotel with a group. The location was great AND the hotel
booked all our rooms in the same area. We had a problem with our bill and the
Ramada staff went above and beyond to correct the situation. I wouldn't hesitate
to recommend this hotel! Thank you again for great service.
