Staff was very helpful and very pleasant; very patient with our questions about
the area (shopping & restaurants) and very informative. Doggie guests were a
pleasant surprise! Nice to see a hotel really welcome canine visitors. Proximity
to restaurants, shopping malls and entertainment venue was excellent. The taxis
were prompt and very helpful and pleasant. The ride to the concert and the
entertainment center was so much fun-great cabdriver!

My sister and I were very impressed with all the places we saw in Abbottsford.
The area around the hotel was very pleasant and felt very safe while walking to
dinner at night. We very much enjoyed shopping at 7 Oaks Mall. There were lots
of nice shops but not so many we felt overwhelmed. It was clean, nice front desk
employees, the pool was good

The Coast Abbotsford Hotel is a nice hotel. It is clean and comfortable. The
front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking.
Here is a list of the few negative comments that we do have about the hotel: the
soap used in the room soap dispensers smells like hospital disinfectant; the
cleaning staff play their music relatively load in the morning and it resonates
though the hallway; and the toilet in the men's pool change room leans to one
side and needs to be repaired.

This is the second Coast Hotel I've stayed in and I must say that they are in
desperate need of updating. The room is decorated with the cheapest junk art and
would appeal to the tastes of an 80 year old. There is no breakfast included
when many of the hotels in the area include it for the same price. I didn't use
the pool which looked ok and the hot tub was broken. The exercise room was
clean, included free weights, and a flat screen TV which was good. However,
there was no water which I think they could provide for very little cost. Also,
I forgot my shaving cream and of course, they don't have it at the front desk
when I asked. Overall, it's a pretty mediocre hotel at best and really isn't
work the money. I will stay elsewhere next time.

Ive stayed with many of the Hotels in Abbotsford and this is by far the best.
The front desk staff are inviting, warm and quick to recall your name and any
special requirements. I have an allergy that prevents me from staying in rooms
cleaned with traditional cleaners and sprays. H/K always ensure my room is free
of sprays and chemicals unlike other properties Ive stayed with where they
simply say there were no chemicals used.
The rooms are a good size and have a desk right in the room. I won't be staying
anywhere else in Abbotsford again!!
